* patch-pound-SetHostPort.diff
  This patch allows you to ask pound to not set port in Host header passed to
  backend server(s).
  Just add this to pound.cfgm and port will disappear in Host header:
     SetPortHost	0

  Tested on 1.8 and 1.8.1
